RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return And Exchange Time:
You have the right to return or change the products you have purchased within 30 days. After your return or exchange request is approved, the products must be delivered to us within 30 days, complete with the invoice, original box, packaging, and all standard accessories.
Return Process:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Before sending the products you want to return to us, you must notify us of your return request via e-mail. When the confirmation information of the return request is sent to you via e-mail, you can send the product. The products you want to return must be delivered to us within 30 days from the date of approval, complete with the original box, packaging, all standard accessories and invoice. The fee of the shipments made using the Yurtiçi Kargo package belongs to our company.
Return Policy:
- The products that have been used, that have lost their originality and that do not have a label on it are strictly non-refundable.
- Returns of products that are damaged (torn, deformation in the mold, broken, etc.) due to use are not accepted.
- Return shipments made with Domestic Cargo are free of charge. If it is realized through other cargo companies, the payment belongs to the sending party; Shipments with counter payment will not be accepted.
- Due to legal regulations, all orders are shipped with delivery note and invoice. Make sure that you have the original documents sent to you in the return process. Returns are not available for products without an invoice.

Exchange Process:
If you want to replace the product you have purchased with another color of the same model; you must notify your request of exchange via e-mail before carrying out the shipment. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. When your change request is approved via e-mail, you can send the product to us free of charge by specifying the color you want to change in the Return and Exchange form. The product you want to change must be delivered to us within 30 days from the date of change approval, complete with its original box, packaging, label, all standard accessories and invoice.
Exchange Terms:
- The products that have been used, that have lost their originality and that do not have a label on it are strictly not exchanged.
- When you send the shipment via Yurtiçi Kargo for the exchange process, the cargo is free of charge. If it is realized through other cargo companies, the payment belongs to the sending party; shipments with counter payment will not be accepted.
- If the color you want is sold out, the amount of the product in question will be refunded to you.
- If you want to replace the product with another model, you must return the product and create a new order for the product you requested instead.

Order Cancellation:
You must cancel your order before it is shipped. For this, it will be sufficient to send an e-mail to info@dadaluvdada.co .
